On a scale of 1 - 10 (10 being the worst), it falls below a 3
General soreness that is even on both sides and feels better when you start moving
Modification of the exercise significantly reduces pain
Symptoms go away after a few days
Red Light
On a scale of 1 - 10 (10 being the worst), it falls above a 3
Sharp, intense, pin point or deep one-sided pain that has no change or get worse with movement
Modification of the exercise does not change pain
Symptoms don’t change for more than 4 weeks
